the economist concedes
Que yo recuerde, el artículo más optimista del Economist sobre la Argentina desde 1998. Sí, menciona los worries de la inflación y la energía. Pero remata:

Mira si dentro de 20 años lo tenemos a K dando vuelta por el mundo diciendo, asi arreglamos la Argentina?
lo del crecimiento no me cabe ninguna duda, lo de sostenido un poco...
un economista ingles de origen indio dijo el junio pasado que america latina es un raro ejemplo de crecimiento economico sin desarrollo...
Cuanto beta que tenemos los argentinos, cuanto beta..
Hace diez años eramos el modelo del mundo y la convertibilidad, y las dolarizaciones (eurizaciones en el caso de europa del este) eran el modelo a seguir.
Hace cinco años eramos los parias del mundo, el peor pais del planeta, y tardariamos decadas en recuperarnos de la peor crisis de la historia.
Hoy nuevamente somos el milagro a admirar despues de haber descubierto las maravillas del tipo de cambio subvaluado y la acumulacion de reservas, la nueva estrella en el firmamento que creciendo al 9 %ininterrumpidamente deja atras a China e India.
Hay algo que no me convence en este nuevo milagro, nunca me gustaron los milagros.
Sueño con una pais que crezca siempre al 5 %, mas previsible para el ciudadano comun; y donde los unicos que ganen dinero no sean los banqueros de inversion, los periodistas especializados, los economistas profesionales y demas beneficiarios de la inestabilidad macroeconomica.

Me alegra ver que el Economist tira una buena para este lado. Soy un adicto confeso a la revista pero me jode un poco que desde el 2002 sólo aparecemos cuando hay bardo. De hecho, me tomé el laburo de hacer un seguimiento las "Cities Guides" que publican todos los meses y aparece un notable sesgo "anti Buenos Aires" comparándolo, por ejemplo, con Johanesburgo...
Soy brasileño y estoy torcendo (inchando) para la buena sorte de Argentina. Que sea un modelo pra nosotros que estamos del otro lado del camino. Sin crescimiento.
